Continuing Professional Education Test

"Analysis of a Phobia in a Five-Year-Old Boy"

With this offering, the editors wish to respond to past complaints about CE exams that have been in either multiple choice or true or false formats. Many individuals have felt that although the purpose of the exam is to meet the criteria of "demonstrating attendance" so that CE credit could be offered, the format was inappropriate to the level at which these course are being offered. Therefore we are trying a different kind of CE exam. It also will be evaluated "pass - fail." This course is worth 5 credits.

The test is: Write one paragraph reviewing the paper and commentary. The criterion for passing is that the paragraph clearly reflect a careful reading of the offering.

Evaluation of the Course:

1. The introduction to the paper was clear.

Yes ___ No ___

2. Tabin's commentary contributed to an understanding of Freud's influence in psychoanalysis.

Yes ___ No ___

3. Tabin's presentation was easy to follow.

Yes ___ No ___

4. The stated objectives were met.

Yes ___ No ___

By submitting the answers to the test questions, I attest that I have read all the material provided in this course. I understand that it is an ethical violation for anyone other than me to submit the answers under my name.
